Ground Support for Artists: Security, Black Audi Escort, V-Class & Host

Bringing an artist to Belgrade, Budapest, Prague or Split? Partyin provides ground support for artists: security on the ground, a black Audi with blue lights for the escort run, Mercedes V-Class for the artist and VIP party, a host waiting at arrivals, a 5★ hotel, spa access and full artist logistics through to departure. The artist and team run the show; we run the ground.

When an artist lands for a date, the show is not the only moving part. Airport, security, escort cars, V-Class, hotel, recovery, crew meals and venue runs all have to line up — and if one of them slips, the night feels it. One operator on the ground, with one contact, keeps those pieces together across every city Partyin operates in.

What does ground support for artists include?

Partyin's artist ground support is a single on-ground operator for the stay around a show date. The same stack applies in Belgrade, Budapest, Prague and Split:

• Security on the ground. Close protection and door/hotel coverage matched to the rider — not a bachelor-party host with a clipboard.
• Black Audi with blue lights. Escort car for arrival, venue and departure runs when the profile calls for it — lead or chase with blue lights so the motorcade moves clean.
• Mercedes V-Class for the artist and VIPs. Airport to hotel, hotel to venue and day moves — artist and VIP party in the V-Class, not a shared group van.
• Police escort. Where the schedule or city requires it, we arrange official escort alongside the Audi / V-Class stack.
• Host waiting at arrivals. Your Partyin host meets the artist and team and stays the point of contact from touchdown.
• 5★ hotel. Booking and rooming for the artist and core team, matched to the rider.
• Spa access. Recovery between rehearsals or back-to-backs.
• Full artist logistics. Restaurant reservations, schedule coordination, crew moves and on-call ground support through departure.

Flights stay with the tour or promoter. Partyin never builds flights into the ground price.

How the motorcade usually looks

Cities we cover

• Belgrade — local ops office on the ground, strong for high-profile arrivals and escort needs
• Budapest — same ground-support model for show dates and festival side trips
• Prague — transfers, hotel, host, security and logistics for acts and crews
• Split — coastal dates with the same airport-to-venue stack

Who it’s for

• Artist managers and tour PAs
• Local promoters bringing an act in
• Labels and bookers who need city logistics without standing up a local office for one weekend

How a show-day ground plan usually looks

Exact timing follows the rider and the promoter’s production schedule — we plug into it; we don’t replace production.

FAQ

Do you promote or book the show?
No. We run ground support around the date — security, escort cars, V-Class, stay, host, logistics.

Can you include a black Audi with blue lights?
Yes — when the profile needs an escort run, we put a black Audi with blue lights in the motorcade alongside the V-Class.

Is security included?
Yes — close protection and door/hotel coverage matched to the rider. Confirm headcount with the enquire.

Can you work from a rider?
Yes. Send advance / rider excerpts for transport, hotel standard, security and escort needs; we confirm what we can cover on the ground.

Is this the same as a bachelor party package?
No. Artist ground support is built for acts and crews — different cars, hotels, security, escort and privacy expectations.

Which cities?
Belgrade, Budapest, Prague and Split — the same ground-support model in every city we operate.

Are flights included?
Never.
